Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4-1 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- finely cut onion optional - 1/2 c
- crushed Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli in 1 cup boiling water according to package directions. Drain well. Mix all ingredients together except stuffing and margarine. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with stuffing and dot with margarine. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
