Broccoli casserole



  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • stick butter or margarine - 1 item
  • can onion rings - 1 item

How to make broccoli casserole:

Cook broccoli until tender and drain. Combine soup and margarine in saucepan on low heat for 10 minutes. Put layer of broccoli in baking dish. Top with 1/2 soup mixture, 1/2 cheese, then another layer of broccoli and the remaining soup and cheese. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Add onion rings and brown slightly.
