Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can chicken soup - 1 item
- herb Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1/2 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli and onion until half done. Mix eggs, mayonnaise and soup together. Drain broccoli and onion; add to soup mixture. Pour into large baking dish and sprinkle on cheese, then stuffing. Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
