Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- egg, well beaten - 1 item
- butter, melted - 2 4
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1 c
- can concentrated cream of mushroom soup - 1/2 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli until almost tender (about 10 minutes); drain well. Cut off tops, leaving a small stem (or buy florets). Combine concentrated soup, mayonnaise, beaten egg, cheese, onion, salt and pepper; mix well. Add broccoli; spoon into lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed, buttered Ritz crackers.
