Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 12 oz
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- chopped frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
- Beat eggs; add mayonnaise, mushroom soup, grated cheese and chopped onions and stir
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli 5 minutes; drain. Beat eggs; add mayonnaise, mushroom soup, grated cheese and chopped onions and stir. Add broccoli to mixture and blend. Mix crackers and butter. Pour broccoli mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Top with crumb mixture.
