- pkg - 1 (20
- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- onion - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cheese croutons - 3/4 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli according to package. Drain well. Set aside. In bowl, blend soup and flour. Add sour cream, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Fold broccoli into soup mixture. Turn into 2-quart casserole. In small bowl, combine croutons with melted butter, tossing to coat. Sprinkle over mixture in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
