Ingredients/Components

  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • stick butter or margarine - 1 item
  • small jar Cheez Whiz - 1 item
  • frozen, chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
  • Minute rice prepared - 2 c

How to make broccoli casserole:

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 40 minutes at 350°. If you do not want to bake all of this at once, bake half and freeze the other half to bake later.
