Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 pkg
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small boxes frozen broccoli - 2 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Crumble 1/2 package crackers in bottom of casserole dish. Dice 1/2 stick butter and 1/2 cup cheese on top of crackers. Cook broccoli; drain and mix with 1/2 cup milk and can of soup. Pour into casserole on top of cheese. Put remaining cheese on top of broccoli. Crumble 1/2 package crackers on cheese; put 1/2 stick butter on top.
