Broccoli casserole



  • flour - 6 Tbsp
  • melted margarine - 1/4 c
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • green onions, chopped - 2 item
  • carton small curd cottage cheese - 1 oz
  • frozen chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
  • eggs unbeaten - 6 item
  • American cheese, diced - 8 oz

How to make broccoli casserole:

Quickly thaw frozen broccoli by placing in a colander and holding under hot water. Separate pieces with a fork; drain well. Other ingredients should be at room temperature. In the order listed, layer ingredients in a large bowl and beat until well blended. Pour into greased crock-pot. Cover and cook on high 1 hour, then low 2 to 3 hours.
