- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- green onions, chopped - 2 item
- carton small curd cottage cheese - 1 oz
- frozen chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
- eggs unbeaten - 6 item
- American cheese, diced - 8 oz
How to make broccoli casserole:
Quickly thaw frozen broccoli by placing in a colander and holding under hot water. Separate pieces with a fork; drain well. Other ingredients should be at room temperature. In the order listed, layer ingredients in a large bowl and beat until well blended. Pour into greased crock-pot.
