Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter - 1 item
- beaten egg - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- grated onion optional - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- cut broccoli - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli according to directions, leaving out salt. Drain and put in casserole. Dot with butter. Mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly and pour the mixture over broccoli.
