Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped broccoli, cooked and drained - 3 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Beat eggs; blend with other ingredients. Stir in broccoli. Pour into baking dish. Top with 1 stick margarine mixed with 1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled. Spread over mixture. Bake at 400° for about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
