Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen, chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- Topping: cheese cracker crumbs or regular crackers
How to make broccoli casserole:
Topping: cheese cracker crumbs or regular crackers1/2 stick margarine Cook broccoli in salted water 5 minutes. Drain and combine with undiluted soup, cheese, beaten eggs, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Put mixture in casserole dish. Melt margarine and mix with cracker crumbs. Put on top.
