Ingredients/Components
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen, chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
- grated American cheese or sharp - 1/2 c
- can onion rings - 1 oz
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli 5 minutes and drain; salt very little. Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart dish. Save at least 1/2 can of onion rings and put on top last 5 minutes of baking. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
