Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- butter - 1/4 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion - 1 Tbsp
- frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- Ritz or Cheez-Its crackers - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Boil and drain broccoli. Mix soup, cheese, mayonnaise, eggs and onion with broccoli in bowl. Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan or casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Topping: Crush crackers and add butter. Cook for additional 5 to 15 minutes.
