Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 5 oz
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- crackers, crushed - 1/2 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Mix soup, mayonnaise, milk and eggs. Cook and drain broccoli and place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour soup mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top of soup mixture. Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in saucepan; add cracker crumbs. Spread over mixture in pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes uncovered.
