  • Velveeta cheese - 1/4 lb
  • frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
  • 1 stick butter - 1/4 lb
  • cylinder Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item

How to make broccoli casserole:

Cook broccoli as directed. Place broccoli in a buttered casserole 1/2 at a time. Alternate layers of the cheese sauce and crackers with the broccoli. Save some of the crackers and cheese sauce for a topping. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325°.
