Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- frozen chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- Pepperidge Farm herb dressing - 1 pkg
- butter - 4 Tbsp
How to make broccoli casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook broccoli until done. Drain very well, at least 1/2 hour. Mix all ingredients except butter and dressing. Pour into casserole baking dish. Melt butter; add dressing. Toss until lightly, but completely coated. Spoon onRecipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
