- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- melted margarine
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Italian style bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- shredded cheddar cheese
How to make broccoli casserole:
Topping:3 Tbsp. melted margarine1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs Cook broccoli according to package; drain. Combine soup, cheese, egg, milk and mayonnaise. Stir into broccoli. Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole.Topping: Combine melted margarine and bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
