Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- stick melted margarine - 1/4 item
- Cheez-Its crackers - 1 item
- broccoli, thawed
How to make broccoli casserole:
Saute onion in margarine in a saucepan. Add and warm to spreading consistency, the mushroom soup, grated cheese and mayonnaise. Place broccoli in baking dish. Pour soup mixture on top. Crumble Cheez-Its crackers over top. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
