Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
- stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli about 5 minutes. Drain well. Put butter and cheese into broccoli while hot and let melt. Pour into greased casserole dish. Crush 1 stack Ritz crackers from 12 ounce box. Mix with 1 stick of melted butter and spread over top of casserole. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°. Serves 8.
