Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 20 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt & pepper to taste - 1 item
- broccoli, chopped - 1 lb
- shredded sharp cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Steam broccoli for 10 minutes or until tender; drain. combine broccoli, soup, eggs, cheese, mayonnaise, onion. salt and pepper. Pour into lightly greased 2 qt. casserole. Toss cracker crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.Makes 8 servings.
