Broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- frozen chopped broccoli, thawed - 1 pkg
- diced American cheese - 1/2 c
- instant rice - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup, undiluted - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add rice; cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes. Melt butter in skillet; saute onion and celery until tender.
