Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- boiling water - 3/4 c
- oleo - 3 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 item
- Minute rice - 3/4 c
- onion, finely chopped - 3 Tbsp
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped frozen broccoli - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook and drain broccoli. Put rice in boiling water and let stand 5 minutes. Saute onions in oleo. Add milk to mushroom soup and heat. Then mix with other ingredients. Pour in casserole and cover with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
