Ingredients/Components

  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • slivered almonds - 1/4 c
  • crushed cheese crackers - 1 c
  • frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained - 2 pkg
  • can pimento, chopped - 1 item

How to make broccoli bake:

Place cooked broccoli in casserole. Blend undiluted soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese. Pour over broccoli. Top with remaining ingredients in order. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.
