Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- frozen broccoli or fresh spears - 2 pkg
How to make broccoli bake:
Place cooked broccoli in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream and grated cheese. Pour mixture over broccoli. Top with more grated cheese, if desired.Melt butter and mix in bread crumbs; sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
