Broccoli and rice casserole



  • pkg - 20 oz
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • soup can milk - 3/4 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Minute rice - 2 c
  • can cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
  • jar Cheez Whiz plain or with jalapeno - 1 oz

How to make broccoli and rice casserole:

Saute celery and onion in a little oil. Thaw broccoli and drain. Cut up into pieces. Mix all ingredients and pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly in oven at 375°.
