Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- rice, cooked - 2 c
- slices bacon, fried crisp - 4 item
- small jar Cheez Whiz - 1 item
- boxes frozen broccoli, chopped - 2 item
How to make broccoli and rice casserole:
Saute onion and celery in margarine until transparent. Cook broccoli according to directions on box. Mix together all ingredients, except bacon. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Crumble bacon on top; bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, White rice.
