Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
- rice, cooked
- box broccoli, chopped - 1 oz
How to make broccoli and rice casserole:
Bring broccoli and water to boil in medium saucepan, separating broccoli with fork. Stir in Velveeta; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in rice. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, White rice.
