- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- boiling water
- butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- grated American cheese 4 oz - 1 c
How to make broccoli and cheese soup:
Cook onion in butter in 3-quart saucepan until soft. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
