Broccoli and cheese soup



Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 10 oz
- water
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 2 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 item
- to 5 cubed potatoes - 4 item
How to make broccoli and cheese soup:
Combine water, potatoes, onion, carrots, celery and bouillon. When starts to boil, add broccoli. Meanwhile, mix and melt together 1/2 cup margarine, 2 cups milk and 1 tablespoon dry mustard. Pour into vegetables and add 1/2 to 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes. Stir until melted. (Better if served as soon as cheese melts.)Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
