Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- Cheez-It cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make broccoli and cheese casserole:
Cook broccoli, drain and place into a buttered dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and broccoli. Spoon cracker crumbs over top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
