Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- pinch of dry mustard - 1 item
- slices bread, crust cut off - 6 item
How to make breakfast souffle:
Butter bread; place butter side down in casserole. Beat eggs. Add salt, dry mustard and milk; beat well. Pour over bread. Top with cheese; cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes. Do not preheat oven. Cooked sausage, bacon, crab or vegetables may be added under cheese.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breakfast, Oven.
