Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- to 8 pieces bread - 6 item
How to make breakfast souffle:
Cut crust off bread and cut into squares. Grate cheese. Layer the bread squares and cheese, starting with bread and finishing with cheese. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, dry mustard, milk, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over bread and cheese. Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
