Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 6 item
  • milk
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • to 8 pieces bread - 6 item

How to make breakfast souffle:

Cut crust off bread and cut into squares. Grate cheese. Layer the bread squares and cheese, starting with bread and finishing with cheese. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, dry mustard, milk, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over bread and cheese. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, then let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
