Breakfast souffle



Ingredients/Components
- slices sandwich bread - 8 item
- eggs - 6 item
- half and half - 1 pt
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
- mayonnaise - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make breakfast souffle:
Remove crust and spread mayonnaise on both sides of bread. Cut bread into cubes. Place in a buttered 8 x 12-inch pan. Beat eggs well. Add cream, salt and pepper. Pour over bread cubes. Spread cheese on top. Let stand at least 8 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breakfast, Oven.
