  • slices sandwich bread - 8 item
  • eggs - 6 item
  • half and half - 1 pt
  • grated cheese - 1/2 lb
  • mayonnaise - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make breakfast souffle:

Remove crust and spread mayonnaise on both sides of bread. Cut bread into cubes. Place in a buttered 8 x 12-inch pan. Beat eggs well. Add cream, salt and pepper. Pour over bread cubes. Spread cheese on top. Let stand at least 8 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
