Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- pat margarine - 1 item
- Pam cooking spray - 1 item
- slice American cheese - 1 item
- English muffin, cut in half - 1 item
- slice sandwich ham - 1 item
How to make breakfast sandwich:
Spray small bowl (custard dish is perfect) with Pam. Break egg into small bowl. Puncture egg yolk with fork. Cover with wax paper. Cook in microwave approximately 40 seconds on High. Allow to stand while preparing rest of sandwich.Toast English muffin. Smear both sides with margarine. Layer ham, cheese and the egg. Top with other half of muffin. May heat in microwave approximately 10 seconds to melt cheese.
