Breakfast quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk
- dry mustard - 3/4 tsp
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- sausage
- herb croutons
How to make breakfast quiche:
Break sausage up and fry; drain on paper towel. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Spread croutons evenly over bottom. Sprinkle cheese over croutons and sausage over cheese. Beat eggs with milk and dry mustard; pour over sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Omelets and frittatas, Savory pies.
