Ingredients/Components
- slices bread - 8 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- diced meat sausage, bacon or ham
- eggs - 4 item
- can condensed mushroom soup - 1 item
- milk
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
How to make breakfast quiche:
Mix together eggs, soup, milk and mustard. Crumble bread in 9 x 13-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle with cheese and meat pieces. Pour liquid mixture over the dry mix. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Can be made ahead, 1 day or frozen first.
