Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- biscuit mix - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- medium onion chopped - 1 item
- slices bacon cooked and crumbled - 12 item
How to make breakfast quiche:
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in a greased 9-inch pie pan. Blend remaining ingredients in blender on high for 1 minute. Pour into pie pan. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.This is good leftover and warmed in the microwave on warm setting.
