Ingredients/Components

  • egg - 1 item
  • plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
  • skim milk - 1/3 c
  • sugar, divided - 1/4 c
  • ground walnuts - 1/2 oz
  • less 1 tsp - 1/4 c
  • whipped butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
  • each: ground cinnamon, divided, and double-acting baking powder - 1 tsp

How to make breakfast puffs:

Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and baking powder; set aside. Using electric mixer at medium speed in medium size bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of sugar, margarine and egg. Beat until creamy. Alternate flour mix
