Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
- skim milk - 1/3 c
- sugar, divided - 1/4 c
- ground walnuts - 1/2 oz
- less 1 tsp - 1/4 c
- whipped butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- each: ground cinnamon, divided, and double-acting baking powder - 1 tsp
How to make breakfast puffs:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and baking powder; set aside. Using electric mixer at medium speed in medium size bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of sugar, margarine and egg. Beat until creamy. Alternate flour mixRecipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Brunch.
