Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- refrigerator crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- sausage - 1 lb
- frozen loose hash browns, thawed - 1 c
How to make breakfast pizza:
Fry sausage until done. Drain. Separate 8 crescent rolls into triangles on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, points to the center. Seal perforations. Bring dough up the sides. Sprinkle on sausage, potatoes and Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over everything. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
