Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- hash browns, thawed - 1 c
- crescent rolls large - 1 pkg
How to make breakfast pizza:
Brown sausage; drain. Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place on ungreased 14-inch pizza pan with points to center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with Cheddar. In a bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan over all.
