Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 5 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 1 c
- crescent dinner rolls - 1 pkg
How to make breakfast pizza:
Cook sausage; drain and set aside. Separate rolls into triangles. Place on greased pizza pan and make a crust. Spoon on sausage; sprinkle on potatoes and cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the sausage mixture. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 5 minutes more.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Pizza.
