Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- beaten eggs - 9 item
- dry mustard
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 to
- bulk sausage
- to 5 slices bread - 4 item
How to make breakfast lasagna:
Cook sausage and drain well. Spread bread with butter and cube. Cover bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch dish with bread cubes. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Cover with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over. Cover and chill overnight. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes, uncovered.Note: Can sprinkle top with crushed cornflakes, bread crumbs or grated cheese.
