Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- cup flour - 3/4 item
- slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 6 item
- cup sugar - 2/3 item
- cup margarine - 2/3 item
- cup shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- cup wheat germ - 1/2 item
- 1/2 cup regular uncooked oatmeal - 1 item
How to make breakfast cookies:
Combine and set aside, flour, baking soda, and salt. Cream margarine and sugar. Add beaten egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture, blend well. Then add oatmeal, cheese, wheat germ and bacon. Mix well. Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350° about 16 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Pork, Bacon.
