Breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- slices bread - 6 item
- shredded sharp cheese - 1/2 lb
- shaved ham - 1/2 lb
- minced onions optional - 2 Tbsp
How to make breakfast casserole:
Cut bread in large circles. Tear outer part of bread in bite-size pieces. Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer bite-size pieces of ham and cheese on bread pieces. Top with bread circles. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for about 40 minutes.Great for Sunday morning.
