Breakfast casserole



  • cheese, grated - 1 lb
  • eggs, scrambled - 1 doz
  • large cans biscuits - 2 item
  • sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled - 1 lb

How to make breakfast casserole:

Flatten 1 can of biscuits completely covering bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Add scrambled eggs, sausage and 1/2 of cheese, distributing evenly. Flatten second can of biscuits, completely covering mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until biscuits are done.
