Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 6 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- chopped green chilies - 1 item
- sausage - 1 lb
- to 8 eggs, beaten - 6 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Crumble and fry sausage. Saute onion, green pepper, celery and chilies in sausage. Place bread cubes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix all other ingredients and pour on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
