Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- grated cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- sausage - 1 lb
- slices bread crust removed & cubed - 6 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Brown sausage and drain well. In a 9x13 baking dish, layer the 6 slices of cubed bread, sausage, and grated cheddar cheese. In a mixing bowl beat the eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard. Pour over layered mixture and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.You can let this set in the refrigerator overnight.
