Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- slices white bread, cubed - 6 item
- Rudy Farms mild sausage, cooked and drained - 1 lb
- red or green bell pepper, chopped optional - 1/3 c
How to make breakfast casserole:
Beat eggs well; add milk, salt and dry mustard. Mix well; fold in sausage, cheese and bread. Place in 8 x 10 baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
