Breakfast casserole



  • salt - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 6 item
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
  • slices bread - 12 item
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 8 oz
  • sausage - 2 lb
  • whole milk - 1 qt

How to make breakfast casserole:

Place 6 slices of bread on the bottom of an extra large casserole pan. Brown sausage and drain. Spread half of sausage on bread. Spread half of both cheeses over sausage. Layer again. Mix egg, milk and salt; pour over layers. Cook, uncovered, for 1 h
